Egg Bhurji |
Eggs – 2
Onions – 1 ½ finely chopped
Green chillies – 1
Turmeric powder – pinch
Chopped Corriander leaves
Oil
Method :
Heat oil in kadai. When the oil heats up add chopped onions
and saute till they become transparent.
Add green chillies and turmeric powder and mix well.
Add egg yolks to this mixture and keep mixing until the eggs
are cooked. Garnish it with coriander leaves.
